Salesforce for companies that sell through projects, specifiers and dealers
We know how building-materials and manufacturing companies sell. We implement Salesforce step by step, so your team learns to use it.
Consulting, implementation, integration, development, support and training since 2018. Our own products, Baucore, SalesExt and MyDocGen, run on Salesforce too, so we know the platform from both sides. We build with AI, the same way we build our own products.

We know how your products get sold
A standard Salesforce pipeline is built for one buyer and a straight line to the order. Your sales run through projects, specifiers, dealers and installers, sometimes over years. These are the processes we set Salesforce up for, again and again.
Project business
The realityOne building project involves architect, planner, contractor, dealer and installer, and runs from planning to order over months or years.
In SalesforceProjects as the central record, with every company and person linked in their role and the project stage visible to the whole team.
Specification and tenders
The realityYour product is specified long before anyone orders it, and tenders run on their own timeline.
In SalesforceSpecification and tender stages tracked per project, with follow-ups before a competitor gets the product re-specified.
Indirect sales through the trade
The realityOrders arrive through dealers, so you lose sight of who chose your product.
In SalesforceInfluencers and buyers kept apart but linked, so you keep the relationship with specifiers and installers while orders run through the trade.
Technical quoting
The realityQuotes depend on product specifications, price lists, conditions and delivery schedules.
In SalesforceQuoting built on your catalogue and conditions, documents generated straight from Salesforce data, and automated quote-request reading where it helps.
Field sales on job sites
The realityReps spend their day with customers and on sites.
In SalesforceMobile access to customers, projects and open quotes, with visit reports captured by voice.
ERP integration
The realityPrices, stock, orders and customer master data live in your ERP.
In SalesforceTwo-way integration, so Salesforce and your ERP exchange the data each side needs.

Much of this already exists in Baucore, our project and specification CRM for building-product manufacturers, built on Salesforce. Where it fits, we start from it instead of building from scratch. baucore.app →
What industry know-how means in a project

“Thanks to the good interfaces and the support from the Salesforce partner IBS Technology, which specializes in the construction industry, the integration ran smoothly.”
Head of Marketing, RECKLI

“With Salesforce, you can tell — they live and breathe CRM. It's not just the technology itself; the speed of the implementation is impressive too.”
Managing Director, Oventrop

“IBS Technology plays a critical role as our design and implementation partner on our CRM project. Supporting us through both the pre- and post-implementation phases, they successfully tackled the challenges of integrating with our other IT systems.”
CTO, Messer Schweiz AG
Five steps to a clear decision
You know the scope, the effort and the expected return before you commit.
Discovery
Workshops and focus groups with key people from each department, to find out what they need.
Demo
A demonstration built around your challenges and goals, showing how Salesforce could solve them.
Scoping
The exact project scope, including processes, interfaces and data migration.
Effort estimate
The project approach, resources and person-days, with a realistic view of cost and duration.
Decision
Including an ROI analysis based on time saved, productivity and closing rates.
For larger or more custom projects, we compress these steps into a short Workflow Blueprint: fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed end date. It documents how your process runs, names where time, margin and orders get lost, and recommends what to build and where, in Salesforce or in a standalone app. If we build afterwards, the blueprint fee is credited.
How we start (What we build)Six phases, delivered in short sprints
We combine classic planning with agile delivery. Your team sees results early, corrections happen while they're still cheap, and people grow into the new system step by step instead of meeting it on go-live day.
Planning
Classic and agile methods combined, so the architecture develops iteratively and new requirements can be absorbed quickly.
Analysis
Stakeholder workshops and focus groups until each department's needs are defined.
Design
The project procedure, the process and technical resources needed, and the framework for implementation.
Build
Requirements turned into a working system in agile sprints, so the solution can adapt as the team learns. Our engineers direct AI tools, the same method we use for our own products, and a developer reviews, tests and takes responsibility for everything that ships.
Validation
Feedback rounds with real users, until the system works and does what they need.
Deployment
Integration into your existing systems, training for users, and support for a smooth transition.
Everyone informed
Regular updates for all stakeholders build acceptance. Short sprints mean frequent result checks and early course corrections.
People first
A new CRM only succeeds if your team backs it. Change management is part of the project, shaped around how your organisation works.
One project space
Documentation, tasks and test results in one shared place, so everyone works from the same status.
Training for every role
A training concept built for your organisation, with documentation and examples from your own business. On site or online, for beginners and advanced users, covering Salesforce and our own apps.
End users
Working in Salesforce the way your process needs, from the first day after go-live.
Key users
The people who support their colleagues, collect feedback and keep improving the system.
Administrators
Configuration, user management and data quality, so you can run the org yourself.
Six services across the Salesforce platform
Our own agents work in Salesforce: Project Watch researches projects and keeps project records current, and SpecifiQ creates quotes linked to account and project. We build the same into your org.
Consulting
Strategy and requirements, starting from how your team sells.
Implementation
A clean new org, or a migration off a system you've outgrown.
System integration
Salesforce connected to your ERP, ordering and other systems.
Development
Custom objects, Apex, Lightning components and AI agents.
Maintenance & support
Monitoring, fixes and small changes, for as long as you run the org.
Training & adoption
Training and change management, so the system gets used.

Some apps belong outside Salesforce
If your sales team lives in Salesforce and the process works with account, opportunity or project data, building inside your org saves you a second system. If your users don't have Salesforce licences, or the process sits far from the CRM, a standalone app connected to Salesforce is usually cheaper and simpler.
We build both, and we'll tell you which fits before we talk about either.
Inside Salesforce or as its own app? (What we build)Common questions about Salesforce implementation
How much does a Salesforce implementation typically cost?
Cost depends on scope: a standard Sales Cloud setup for a small team costs far less than a multi-tier implementation with custom objects, integrations and industry-specific process design. Licensing is separate from implementation cost, and any partner who quotes a number without first understanding your process and integration needs is guessing.
How long does a Salesforce implementation take for a mid-sized sales team?
A focused, well-scoped implementation for a mid-sized team runs from a few weeks to a few months, depending on how much custom configuration, data migration and integration work is involved. Projects that try to solve every department's requirements in one phase tend to run longer than ones scoped in stages. For custom additions on top of your org, we aim for a first working version within weeks.
Should a new feature live in Salesforce or in its own application?
It depends on where the people who use it work, and where the data lives. If your sales team lives in Salesforce and the feature needs account, opportunity or project data, building in Salesforce saves a second system. If the users don't have Salesforce licences or the process sits far from the CRM, a standalone application connected to Salesforce is usually cheaper and simpler.
How do you integrate Salesforce with an ERP system like SAP?
Most integrations sync core records, such as accounts, orders, inventory and pricing, between Salesforce and the ERP through either middleware or a direct API connection, with a clear decision about which system is the system of record for each data type. Settle that ownership question early and you avoid the sync conflicts behind most integration problems.
What should I look for when choosing a Salesforce implementation partner?
Certified partner status is a baseline, so check it and then look past it to industry-specific experience, references from companies with a similar sales process to yours, and whether they offer change management and user adoption support on top of technical configuration.
