We build our own apps with AI. Now we'll build yours.
Baucore, SalesExt and MyDocGen are our own products, built with AI and in daily use. We use the same method to build what no product covers: on Salesforce or on your own stack, in weeks, not quarters.
See what we would build for you
Enter your company website. Our AI reads it, places your business and tailors this page for you: which use case is probably still open, what we would build for it, on Salesforce or your own stack, and how long it would take.
We read your public website and a few searches, keep only the facts we can quote, and show you every page, fact and source we used. If we can't know something from the outside, we say so.
Uses only publicly available information from your website.
We build for ourselves too.
Before we build an application for you, we built our own with AI. It runs in production and we develop it further every day. Same people, same method, same tools. That's what we bring when we build yours.
Baucore
Project and specification CRM for building-product manufacturers, on Salesforce. With built-in AI agents that research projects, edit quotes and triage inbound requests.
baucore.app
SalesExt
Field-sales execution on Salesforce: visit planning, reports, tasks on the road.
salesext.app
MyDocGen
Document generation from Salesforce: quotes, contracts and datasheets from data you already have.
mydocgen.com
This website
We built ibs-technology.com with AI too, including the page we tailored for you.

All three products are listed on the Salesforce AgentExchange (formerly AppExchange).
See Baucore →Deep roots in building materials and manufacturing
Since 2010 we've built systems for companies that run specification business, sell through distributors and dealers, and produce technical quotes. We apply that knowledge in every application we build, on Salesforce or on your own stack.
Building materials and distribution
Projects, tenders and sales through architects, distributors and installers.
Manufacturing
Technical specifications, distribution channels and service contracts that outlast the sale.

RECKLI · Architectural concrete, Recklinghausen
Closer to architects and installers despite an indirect sales model: Baucore and SalesExt on Salesforce, with two-way ERP integration and a mobile app for the field team.
“Thanks to the good interfaces and the support from the Salesforce partner IBS Technology, the integration ran smoothly.”Read the story →
The standard system covers a lot. Excel covers the rest.
In most companies the system is already there, often for years. It covers what every business needs. It misses what makes yours different, and that part runs on spreadsheets, email and a few colleagues' heads.
IT has no capacity, the partner waits for a ticket, and custom development sounds like a year and a budget nobody will sign. So nothing happens.
With AI, your own application is now a project of weeks, if someone builds it on a clean architecture and understands your business.
That's the role we fill.
Sample requests tracked in spreadsheets and email instead of a system
No configurator: technical options quoted by hand
Technical approvals stall in email threads
No visibility into what dealers and distributors are doing
Complaints and warranty cases tracked nowhere central
Your own application. Where your team already works.
We build the part no product covers, with the same AI method we use for our own apps. Your business decides where the solution runs.
Inside your Salesforce org
If your sales team lives in Salesforce, we build into it: on your account, opportunity and project data, with no second system. As a Salesforce partner since 2018, we know the platform from implementation work and from building our own products on it.
See Salesforce services →As a standalone application
If your users don't have Salesforce licences, or the process sits far from the CRM, we build a standalone application on your infrastructure, connected to ERP, PIM, DMS and, where needed, Salesforce. You own the source code.
See custom applications →AI data enrichment
Company, project and contact data filled in from public sources. Powered by Selfi, our own enrichment layer.
Document parsing
Bills of quantities, purchase orders, delivery notes and datasheets, recognised and passed on.
System integration
ERP, PIM, DMS, Salesforce and industry portals connected, so data is maintained once and right.
Automation
Repetitive work that runs in the background, with AI where rules alone aren't enough.
Classic specification business (spec, tender, bill of quantities, project registration, quote) already has a product, so we don't rebuild it:

We build on the platforms your business already runs on
On Salesforce or on your own stack: we work with the platforms and AI models that are standard in enterprise IT, so your application runs where your IT wants it.
Consulting and ISV partner since 2018. Baucore, SalesExt and MyDocGen on the AgentExchange.
Azure and Microsoft 365 as a platform for custom applications and integrations.
Infrastructure for standalone applications on your own stack.
AI models for agents, document parsing and data enrichment.

OPENAI APPRECIATION AWARD
OpenAI honoured IBS Technology for passing 10 billion tokens
OpenAI presented IBS Technology GmbH with an Appreciation Award for reaching 10 billion tokens. We use OpenAI models inside our Salesforce apps (Baucore, SalesExt and MyDocGen) to capture visit insights, structure Salesforce data and generate sales documents faster.
GERMAN INNOVATION AWARD
Winner with Baucore (2021) and SalesExt (2022)
Our own products won the German Innovation Award: Baucore in 2021 and SalesExt in 2022.

Once it's built right, changing it is a conversation
AI is only as good as the architecture it works on. Point it at a messy codebase and you get the mess faster. We build on a clean, documented architecture with a clear data model and recorded workflows. Then you describe a change in plain language and the AI implements it reliably. That's how we develop our own products, and how your team can too.
Built without a plan
Built on good architecture
It's yours. All of it.
We build on your infrastructure, with your source code, in your hands. No platform licence from us, no lock-in, no component we hold back.
At handover we train your team so they can keep developing the application with AI themselves. We also stay around for new integrations, new systems and anything that needs an architect. If you keep us on, we change the system in days rather than release cycles.
A team of experienced AI architects runs every project, the same people who build our own products. You decide whether to keep working with us afterwards.
AI in your business software, within limits you set
An application that touches your sales and production data has to pass your IT department. We build for that from the first day.
Your data stays in your environment.
The application runs in your Salesforce org or on your own infrastructure. We keep no copy of your data.
No training on your data.
The AI models we use do not learn from your data. EU data residency is available.
Agents act as the user.
An agent sees only what the person using it may see. A person approves before it changes data or sends a message.
We log what agents do.
You see what an agent did and for whom.
You can review what we build.
We review code, test automatically and check dependencies. Our three products on the Salesforce AppExchange have passed its security review.
A blueprint in weeks, not quarters
Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed end date. We talk to the people who run the process every day and write down what happens in practice, whatever the manual says.
- Your process documented end to end, across sales, engineering and production
- The points where time, margin or orders get lost, named and quantified
- Today's numbers as a baseline, so you can measure later whether anything changed
- A concrete recommendation: what to build, where (Salesforce or your own stack), in what order, at what effort
You decide whether we build it. The blueprint is yours, even if you hand it to someone else. Sometimes the recommendation is to build nothing. In that case the blueprint says so and names what to do instead. If we go on to build it, the blueprint fee is credited against the build.
Is this a fit?
A fit
- Companies with roughly 100 to 2,000 employees
- Building materials and manufacturing with project and specification business
- A process your standard system doesn't cover, running on Excel or email today
- Nobody internally owns it end to end
Not a fit
- Staff augmentation: we don't rent out developers by the month
- A three-vendor price comparison where the number decides
Building and changing software with AI
Increasingly, yes, if the software was built for it. On a clean, documented architecture with a clear data model and automated tests, the AI can safely implement a change described in plain language. On a codebase nobody wrote down, the same request produces a mess faster.
Standard software is usually right where your process is generic, and we build some ourselves. It's the wrong choice for the part that sets you apart. The blueprint settles that with numbers instead of gut feeling, so the decision rests on your own process rather than on a vendor's pitch or our preference.
No. We hand over documented source code and train your team, and we stay available if you'd rather not carry it yourselves. Either way, the system doesn't stop working when someone leaves, because the knowledge sits in the documentation and decision records rather than in one person's head.
It depends on where the people who use it work, and where the data lives. If your sales team lives in Salesforce and the feature needs account, opportunity or project data, building in Salesforce saves a second system. If the users don't have Salesforce licences or the process sits far from the CRM, a standalone application connected to Salesforce is usually cheaper and simpler.
The application runs in your Salesforce org or on your infrastructure. We choose the model and the platform with your IT, against your data-protection and data-residency requirements. The models do not train on your data, and EU hosting is available.
Only what the user who runs it may do. It inherits that user's permissions. A person approves any action that changes data or sends a message, and we log each action.
Yes. We sign a data processing agreement (AVV) before the project starts, and we send our sub-processor list on request.
A documented architecture that explains structure and intent. Recorded decisions on why something was built the way it was. Automated tests that show when a change breaks something. And a deployment nobody is afraid of. Without those, each change starts with an excavation.
Tell us what your system can't do today.
In 30 minutes we'll work out whether it's a case for Baucore, for Salesforce or for your own application. If it's worth doing, your blueprint is on the table on a date we fix up front. Then we build, in weeks, not quarters.
