Technical products. Dealer channels. Long sales cycles.Your own app, built with AI.
Configurators, dealer portals, technical approvals, service contracts. We build the apps no standard system covers, then hand them over so your team can keep developing them.

See what we'd build for your company
Enter your company website. Our AI reads it and sketches the app and agents we'd build for you, with a full report if you want one. It runs on Selfi, our own AI research engine, and where we can't know something from the outside, it says so.
Where manufacturing sales gets stuck
Manufacturers rarely sell to one buyer in one step. Products move through distributors, dealers and installers. A technical specification decides what can be quoted. And the relationship runs on for years through service, maintenance and repeat orders.
Requests arrive as emails and PDFs
RFQs, specifications and order documents are read by hand and retyped into a quote.
Options are quoted from memory
Without a configurator, correct technical variants depend on whoever knows the product best.
Approvals stall in email
Drawings, samples and sign-offs wait in inboxes, with no owner and no record.
The channel is a blind spot
You can't see what dealers and distributors do with your projects and leads.
Service and warranty live elsewhere
Complaints, warranty cases and maintenance contracts sit in separate lists, so renewals get missed.
Your standard system covers what every company needs. The rest runs on Excel, email and a few colleagues' memory.
Apps we build for manufacturers
The same AI method we use for our own products, applied to the parts of your process that no standard tool covers.
Product configurator
Technical options, variants and rules captured once, so quotes are correct before they leave. AI reads the request and proposes the configuration for your team to confirm.
Dealer and installer portal
One place for your channel to register projects, request quotes and samples, and follow status, connected to your ERP.
Technical approvals
Drawings, samples and sign-offs move through defined steps with an owner and a record, instead of through email threads.
RFQ and order intake
Emails, PDFs and Excel lists become structured data and a draft quote. A person checks it and sends it.
Complaints and warranty
Every case in one place, from first report to resolution, linked to the product and the project it belongs to.
Service contracts and renewals
Contracts, maintenance dates and renewal reminders tracked by the app, so revenue after the sale doesn't depend on memory.

Classic specification business
We don't rebuild it. Baucore covers projects, tenders, bills of quantities and quotes for building-product manufacturers, with built-in AI agents. Built by IBS, now an independent company. We build the parts around it.

Where AI takes work off your team
AI data enrichment
Distributors, dealers and end customers researched from public sources and kept current in your system. Powered by Selfi, our own enrichment layer.
Document parsing
AI reads RFQs, specifications, purchase orders and datasheets, then prepares structured data and a draft for your team to check.
System integration
ERP, PIM, DMS and Salesforce connected, so reps see stock and delivery dates at the customer.
Automation
Follow-ups, renewal reminders and recurring reports run in the background, with AI where rules alone aren't enough.
The AI prepares. A person decides.
On Salesforce or on your own stack
We build both. The right one depends on where your people work and where your data lives.
Salesforce
Inside your Salesforce org
If your sales team already lives in Salesforce, we build into it, on your account, opportunity and project data, with no second system. We have done it as a Salesforce partner since 2018.
- Fits best when
- Your team already works in Salesforce and the app uses accounts, opportunities and project data.
- You own
- The configuration and code we build in your org.
- Keep in mind
- The app works within the platform's limits.
Your own stack
As a standalone app
If your users don't have Salesforce licences, or the process sits far from the CRM, we build a standalone app on your infrastructure, connected to ERP, PIM, DMS and Salesforce where needed.
- Fits best when
- Your users don't have Salesforce licences, or the process sits far from the CRM.
- You own
- The full source code.
- Keep in mind
- One more system to host and operate.
If both fit, we start where your data already is.
We use the same method on our own products
Before we build an app for you, we built our own, with AI, in production and developed further every day.
SalesExt
Field-sales execution on Salesforce: visit planning, reports and tasks on the road.
salesext.appMyDocGen
Document generation from Salesforce: quotes, contracts and datasheets from data you already have.
mydocgen.comBaucore
Project and specification CRM for building-product manufacturers, on Salesforce, with built-in AI agents. Built by IBS, now an independent company.

Manufacturers who run on our work
RECKLI · Architectural concrete, Recklinghausen
Closer to architects and installers despite an indirect sales model.
Baucore and SalesExt on Salesforce, with two-way ERP integration and a mobile app for the field team.

“Thanks to the good interfaces and the support from the Salesforce partner IBS Technology, the integration ran smoothly.”
Oventrop · Valves and system technology
One data foundation for sales, service and marketing.
Salesforce as the single source of truth, with a 360° customer view, prioritised customer requests and cross-channel campaigns.
“With Salesforce, you can tell — they live and breathe CRM. It's not just the technology itself; the speed of the implementation is impressive too.”
A blueprint within weeks
Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed end date. We talk to the people who run your process every day and write down what happens.
What you walk away with
- Your process documented end to end, across sales, engineering and production.
- The points where time, margin or orders get lost, named and quantified.
- Today's numbers as a baseline, so you can measure later whether anything changed.
- A concrete recommendation on what to build, where (Salesforce or your own stack), in what order and at what effort.
The blueprint is yours, even if you hand it to someone else. Sometimes the recommendation is to build nothing, and then that is what it says. If we go on to build it, the blueprint fee is credited against the build.
You get the source code in your own repository, no licence from us, and training so your team can keep developing the app with AI. For new integrations or anything that needs an architect, we're available on request.
Is this a fit?
A fit
- Manufacturers with roughly 100 to 2,000 employees
- Dealer, distributor or project business with technical products
- A process your standard system doesn't cover, running on Excel or email today
- Nobody internally owns it end to end
Not a fit
- Staff augmentation. We don't rent out developers by the month.
- A three-vendor price comparison where the number decides
Questions manufacturers ask
How do manufacturers manage sales through distributor and dealer networks in one system?
The usual failure is tracking distributors separately from the end-customer projects they sell into. Link distributor, dealer and end-customer activity to one project or opportunity record, and a rep can see the whole channel path of a sale in one place instead of reconciling separate lists.
How can manufacturers track quotes and orders across a long sales cycle?
Quote, revision, purchase order, production scheduling and delivery need to hang off the same record instead of sitting in separate documents and systems. Otherwise nobody can say where a deal stands, and every handover between sales, production and delivery depends on someone remembering to pass the information on.
Can a standard CRM handle a technical sales cycle?
A standard pipeline is built for one buyer and a short, linear path. Specification, engineering review and multi-party approval over months need data modelled around your process. It can be configured to fit, and where it can't, a custom app connected to the CRM does the job.
How do field reps get visibility into stock and delivery dates?
By connecting the CRM or sales app directly to the ERP or inventory system, so a rep can commit to a delivery date with real data instead of an estimate they later have to walk back. The rep sees the figures where they work on the deal, instead of calling the back office.
Tell us what your system can't do today.
In 30 minutes we'll work out whether it's a case for Baucore, for Salesforce or for your own application. If it's worth doing, your blueprint is on the table on a date we fix up front. Then we build, within weeks.
